So originally I tried to withdrawal 2500 from royal ace which is their weekly limit. This was over a year ago now. Time passed once a week or so I would live chat to see where my money was and all I get from them is we have escalated your request which clearly dose nothing. Well its been over a year and my btc address is outdated so I chat again give them the new address and of course had to redo my withdrawal request so now it reset, so this will be my second time trying to withdraw. Now it's been another 4 or 5 months and still nothing but when I live chat the agents always say they have all required verification and should go through after they escalate it well here I am still waiting. I have withdrawn from the casino many times prior successfully but never for this much. It angers me because I have put alot of money into the casino and I have followed all of their rules yet they can't seem to follow them themselves and make payment in their own time frames hopefully I will get my money but I am not holding my breath.
