I won $7000, but I ended up putting some back in.

I tried to cash out for the 7000 originally, but they kept asking me for more documentation that I had already provided, obviously because I was able to receive a red redemption for a much smaller amount before from them, but they have canceled all of my redemptions from these bigger wins, and they also canceled all of my gift cards.

I even tried purchasing over $4000 with them to collect my money and they still canceled all of those transactions stating they needed a copy of this copy of that which they already had obviously because if not, I would not have been able to redeem in the first place so they were just stalling, trying to give me to spend my money back with him and then after repeatedly trying to get my money out of them, they ended up locking my account and I have still not received any money to this day

7,000 is what I tried redeeming. I’m not sure if I tried 2- 3,500.00 redemptions or what because it’s been almost 2 weeks but I do have the screen shots of the redemption page as well as at least a 100 screen shots of ,pics of my winnings and conversations by email and chat with legendz. Let me make this even better since this all happened and they told me only thing you need now is a copy of your debit card that ends in 0903. Well they’ve already had that. Obviously they took money off of it, they needed confirmation that account belong to me so I sent them statements from Venmo myself and actually I had Venmo operator. Email me a form with the letterhead straight from Venmo stating that 0903 was indeed the card that belonged to me, but they needed a physical copy because in the beginning, I told them I had lost my card so they honed in on that and since I couldn’t provide a picture of it front and back that wasn’t a screenshot then that was perfect grounds for them to stall out and not pay me. Let me spend it back with him so I called Venmo got me a new card on the way. I got me a new card I sent him pictures of the letter that it came in the big envelope all the information on the front back everything I took pictures of the inside with the debit card stamped to it then I took pictures of the debit card front and back sent it all to them took three or four days then they got back to me and said now they need pictures of the front and back of two different debit cards one I’ve never redeemed on, but I purchased with it and the other card I had purchased with, but it was only a virtual card and they knew that therefore I could not produce a picture of the front and back of it and there’s another loop hold for them so that was just more evidence that I needed to show that they had no intentions on ever paying me a dime of it. these people are criminals.

Sorry that was the redemption. I tried after I’d spent a little bit back with them. They’re exact tactic but at that point I was just pissing the money away so quick cause I never thought I was gonna get it anyway I was spending 10 and $20 a pop I was so frustrated and not knowing what to do about these people but here is the original redemption.

I have the canceled gift card emails from prize out as well over $4000 worth. I waited two days for a prize out to send me the gift card information as I had emailed them and legends asking what the holdup is and then I was stripped of all of the gift cards as well since I couldn’t redeem a cash prize, they canceled every one of my 4000 some dollar gift cards after a few days of waiting for them to be approved and my account was locked so I couldn’t even get into chat with them at legends or anything like I said I’ve got hundreds of screenshots emails. I mean hundreds I sent one screenshot of the canceled redemption on the gift cards itself, but I got a stack of them. They canceled everything and yes I have sent emails pretty aggressive with some language. Some people wouldn’t use, but I give no fuck because they showed me they give no fuck about me so this is what they get. I got two speeds and full throttle is my speed of choice and that’s what I’m giving legendz while I wait on my money I won and I will be a thorn in there side from now on even after I get my money and I will continue to make everyone aware on every social media platform everywhere in person everywhere I go no matter what I will advertise exactly what they do at legends no more no less and they did this to their self I gave them ample opportunities to do the right thing they thought I was bluffing. How did that work out for you all at legendz??

Legendz are not gonna reply because they already know I have to much evidence because I made sure I made them aware of it by email and on there chat until they locked me out of the chat and my account but I can still email them . Whoever runs the email isn’t very smart and can’t keep track of what they say and that’s because there fraudulent and don’t keep it real and get there stories twisted up and get caught up. I have hundreds of screenshots to overwhelm any thing they would try and argue this case with but as I was saying they won’t respond because they know I will provide every possible document for everyone to see how they operate and attempt to beat there customers out of money. First of all, this is the first time anyone at legends has ever acted like they give xxxx and the only reason you’re doing that is because it’s been taken to this level and you know the spotlight is on you, but would that being said you answer me this if you guys failed to approve my redemption for cash because of your made up reasons then why did you cancel the $4000 in gift cards I redeemed is my question and don’t tell me because you gotta go through the same process as it is for cash redemptions because that’s not true and how I tested these waters was by cashing out for one $50 Kentucky Fried chicken gift card to see if I would at least be able to cash out that way and what do you know it went through when I got the gift card for $50 so I immediately went and redeemed the rest of my $4000 on gift cards and at the time I had emailed you guys over and over I had been on chat with you guys over and over and you guys kept spinning yourselves, saying one thing and doing another. All you gotta do is present all of the chat conversation, cause I have photocopies of everything and the emails as well as your stories contradicting each other and what one would ask of me and what other others would spin it around and add to it after I did just exactly what I was asked to do so one gift card went through and then I ordered $4000 in gift cards after that first one went through and days later every one of my $4000 in gift cards was canceled by you guys so you tell me what makes that happened other than you’re just not wanting to give me my money no matter how it is so it’s not about proving any kind of cards or accounts or whatever because you know all that is my account you got verification from me over and over you guys have no phone support number one which is absolutely ridiculous and you approve one gift card of my money for $50 but when I submit the rest of them over $4000 you guys conveniently cancel it tell me that’s not singling somebody out and just giving him a hard time. It absolutely is so tell me how you can justify that and these people that are all reading this stuff. Tell me how you can justify that and then you lock my account to where I can’t even get into my account anymore as I have tried emailing you after all of this. I get no reply anymore. Oh yeah that is correct. That is the truth because if you look at my last email see you guys I get a verification email saying that you guys will get back to me blah blah blah. Your email has been received. Our staff is working on it. We’ll get back to you. No you don’t know you don’t. You haven’t got back to me the last three or four times so don’t even try it. You cannot say you have because you have it but then you’re asking me to reach out to you guys to one of your platforms OK number one I can’t get on legends casino to join the chat so that’s a failure and number two. The only other way I got to contact you is through email and guaranteed I can prove it that you guys won’t answer me other than the initial verification that you got my email, but no response is given to me after that in no way not at all whatsoever and the third way I have messaged you guys over and over on messenger I get no reply. nothing whatsoever out of you guys so and all of this can be verified everything if you deny it you burn yourself further so with that being said in all of this, how about you guys just do the right thing and take all the information I’ve already provided to you, which is everything you’ve asked for the card ending in 1247 that you asked for me to send you a front and back copy of was a virtual card through Chime a virtual card as I told you I cannot physically put my hands on that card to give you a front and back copy but why is it that you can’t confirm it through Chime that that belonged to me virtually through them but when my new card arrived that one was no longer even in sight for me to see and I told you this I do have the new card ending and 0903 that you originally said that’s all you need and I have the email you said that’s all you needed to produce that card front and back and that would be taken care of I did that. Yes I did that you’ve got the email. I got confirmation of it and then you went onto wanting something else so don’t get it twisted I got everything possible to show exactly opposite of what you’re saying and what you asked me to do and how you’re telling me to get a hold of you that you guys don’t reply or you’ve got me locked out of or you don’t reply again so with that being said, do what you should be doing number one and quit trying to make it so difficult for others as well as myself and just play the game fair you have no problem, taking all that money off of our cards without verifying it, but when it comes time to pay out, you make it a hassle for your convenience so that we’ll pay the money back in there but you know what there comes a time when you hit the end of the road to where you’re gonna find the right person and I got all the documentation so how about you do your part I’ve already done my part and now that you got the eyes all over you you wanna play like you do give a xxx but you don’t because you’re not telling the whole story I’m just telling part of it right now, but I have all of it to show so put that in xxxx but give me my earnings. I deserve because I will get it before this is all set and done because you can’t do the wrong thing and expect a good Outcome.

How about you reach out to me with a damn phone call now if you think you are gonna convince me or others that you have no way to reach out to me and talk to me on the phone to where not me but you guys can get your xxx together and straightened out because I guarantee you if I try to use any of these cards on your platform if I wasn’t locked, you would take it immediately so I’ve reached out to you. OK, this is one of the places you claim you want me to contact you at to resolve this issue but yet I think I’ve contacted you a couple times and what have I gotten out of you? That is everything from Facebook messenger of me reaching out to you but only getting a computer generated response that never went anywhere just like everything else you’ve asked me others to do that. Go nowhere. Do you see a pattern here we all do and next, I’m gonna go to my emails where I’ve contacted you guys and got nothing but a computer generated response and I’m gonna post that next so stay tuned

We live in the United States and have freedom of speech correct? If you think in any way I’m gonna sit back and be calm and not exercise my freedom of speech and walk on egg shells because someone is in there feelings and wants to tell me how I can speak then go ahead and do what you gotta do but then you are no better than those who do what legendz is doing to me and others. Verbal aggression is breaking what law I must ask and furthermore I have every right to be upset and voice my info without anyone crying about it. If your here to help then how about weighing all the info I provide and what these people at legendz are saying and focus on that and stop trying to mute me for exercising my constitutional rights

You would think if legendz was really all about doing what they said in there one and only reply then they would be much quicker to respond and do what’s right but this is there tactic to inconvenience those who make it possible for them to be in business at all. It’s how they operate there business and no phone makes it even easier for them to avoid those they are cheating. At what point legendz do you get tired of fighting what you know you can’t win? I remember not long ago your outfit had a high rating and now you’re at a 3.7 and falling quickly. I think that says everything. I’m still waiting for your reply to my previous comments and your sure taking a long time but when you lie and cheat I guess you need extra time to fabricate what you say,no matter what you reply with I promise I will have proof that you are once again in the wrong. In all fairness, don’t you agree that 20 hours ago legends made their appearance on here and has not been back since I know they say they want to work things out, but if they truly did, they would not take so long to reply to this post and furthermore, they would just do what they should do and pay me my winnings and why is my account locked to where I can’t access the chat line if they said in the previous comment that reach out to them on their support lines or whatever they don’t answer the social media one as I have provided the proof the answer the emails only with a computer generated response, saying someone will get back to me and they don’t so three different ways to contact them one un blocked out of the other two are all computer generated and nobody gets back to me so how am I supposed to reach out to them when I’ve reached out to them over and over and over and get nothing out of them when it should’ve been handled within the two hour timeframe that they claim the redemptions are handled in because nothing changed since I redeemed before so why would it be an issue now and never have got a reply as to why all of my gift cards were denied and canceled but yet one $50 KFC gift card went through but they wanted to cancel the $4000 worth of them. I don’t see why it takes this long for them to reply back in my opinion they’re giving too much time to reply back all that does as further delay. The process that they’re avoiding to begin with. I also don’t see why legends does not reach out to me. I mean it’s their responsibility to take care of this situation. why do I have to reach out to them when I have over and over that’s why I have came here for any results so if they really want to do the right thing they would get on the phone and call me or they would email me and have their ducks in a row and get it straightened out but they want me to email them or contact them but yet I’m locked on the account and they don’t answer the Facebook messages nor the emails other than with computer generated responses so they’re just talking in circles and not actually applying themselves to do what they should be doing and they should be held accountable for it right here

Once again your patheticc for the way you have the nerve to treat others and conduct yourselves period because you know I have had nothing but failed attempts every time I email and Facebook message you and I have the screenshots of computer generated messages as well to confirm I’ve done this and you come right back with the same act of playin stupid and trying to stall by asking for the same things that you have asked and I have done over and over or asking me to do something somewhere you don’t ever respond to so at what point do you say to yourselves ok we’re at the end of our road here and do the right thing ? These are only a small piece of the evidence I have to provide to ask gamblers and the rest out there that legendz talks in circles and asks the same things of its customers that they don’t bother to reply back to once legendz has had us do unnecessary verifying that we can only do so many times before we all see that your tactics and style are all leading to wasting our times to line your pockets but it can only go on for so long and your time is up and I have already involved the FBI and they have assured me as well that everyone will get what’s rightfully there’s and extra for what legendz has done to us because they have to many complaints already. I will post the falling of legendz proudly once we all get what’s rightfully there’s we deserve and legendz gets what they got coming and did to themselves.

This message is to both ASK GAMBLERS STAFF AND THE SCAMMERS AT LEGENDZ. I have provided everything for these people and every time I do a few days later they’ll get back to me and tell me they need something else we see that we didn’t receive your document blah blah blah when I’ve sent it over and over but every time I get a new email it says they don’t have it. They need this they need that and then it’s conveniently lost or not talked about so since you guys ask gamblers are being the go-between here why can’t all the documentation that I sent you that they ask for let them send a list of what they want even though they’ve already got it have them send you everything needed and I have it right here on hand to send again so that that way they can’t keep saying they don’t have it and there’s a timeframe here. They have to answer by, but it’s awful convenient. They wouldn’t give me a cash payout because of this because of that, but then I tried for a gift card just one just to see if it would go through after all the other cash redemptions were canceled so I did one Kentucky fried chicken $50 gift card and it went through just like that so when I got the approval for the $50 gift card, I immediately went and purchased $4000 worth of gift cards to get my money out of them somehow and what do you think they got canceled every one of them so go figure they can send one of them through, but they don’t want to send them all through because that means it costing money my money so this outfit is a joke and I’m asking that ask him since you guys are in the middle and trying to settle it have them give you a list of what they need one time that they can’t keep adding to or avoiding and I will send you everything as I have them. There’s a timeframe here they have to answer by so why not let’s settle it that way, but you see they’re not very active on here because they don’t want somebody holding them accountable like your outfit so how about we try that seems like a perfect solution to me cause I know I got everything taken care of not my end. And as I suggested on my last reply would be if they’re really all about resolving this like they have said in the couple comments they did leave they look forward to it, blah blah blah all this and that is a good game they talk, but I sure didn’t see any attempts to deliver you guys what they needed from me that I’ve already given them several times, but why don’t we focus on that? How come they haven’t given any information that would resolve this case whatsoever all they gotta do is tell you what they want out of me and I will give it to you and then it’s a done deal. There’s no way they can get out of it, but they won’t do that and that’s why they did not reply and they never commented or nobody ever said anymore about why it is when I tried to get a cash settlement out of them for my winnings all these extra hoop and hurdles that I did they want done again and they wanted somethi after being denied over and over in my redemptions canceled unnecessarily. I figured I would see if the process for getting a gift card and redeeming my money. That way would be the same criteria to find out if they would let the merchandise go through that way and let me redeem my over $4000. I had left at the time and with that being said I ordered one $50 KFC gift card just to see since they canceled everything else back to back to back over and over $7000 was the first redemption and they canceled it of course over and over and over but how come I was able to get a $50 Kentucky fried chicken gift card after they had canceled all the other cash redemptions for no reason and then once the Kentucky fried chicken gift card went through and I received it. I went right back to my redemptions and I spent $4000. Everything I had left for my winnings on all gift cards every one of them since the other one just went through why wouldn’t these other ones go through? I just redeemed for over $4000 but guess what? Of course they were canceled every one of them and then I was locked out of my account so nobody nobody’s ever answered to that and telling you why that happened because if it was the same process to redeem a gift card as it is cash then why did the Kentucky fried chicken gift card just go through minutes before I tried the remaining $4000 that was then canceled. Nobody’s answered to that either so nothing more needs to be said what needs to be done is somebody doing something holding them accountable them stepping up and doing what’s right and realizing that they can’t do this anymore, they come to the end if they’re not willing to give you the information that I need to give them which I’ve already given them then they’re not trying to do this and figure this out they’re not trying to work with nobody. They’re talking about it, but not being about it. Bottom line and let’s get their answer as to why I was able to redeem one gift card after they canceled my cash redemptions but I couldn’t get the $4000 right afterwards from purchasing the $50 gift card help me figure this out help me understand. This is my question to legends and to ask gamblers how much more evidence do you need and if they’re not answering the questions and replying to what I’m asking them. What good is this doing and at what point do you just take over and hold them 100% accountable in my opinion, they got way too much time to answer. All they’re doing is stolen. There’s no need for that extreme amount of time in between and then you give them a reminder note about it for another 96 hours or whatever it is that’s not necessary. They got more than enough time to reply just like we do in a reasonable timeframe so no more needs to be said by me hold them accountable if they’re not gonna do what I ask I’m more than doing my part so they didn’t do theirs on the last complaint that went unresolved at what point do you keep giving them chances and chances and chances I’ve been doing this for a month with them now I’m burning out on it. It’s time to stop talking about it and be about it.

Stop it already because you’re not fooling anybody here and why is it that you can’t answer any of the questions that are asked of you like why was I able to redeem on the gift cards but not cash OK so with that being said after you denied my redemption of $7000 for cash I figured I would try a gift card so I bought one gift card for KFC for $50 it went right through, but then I went and cashed out $4000 worth of gift cards, but ain’t that funny how the gift cards were all canceled every single one of them you still haven’t answered to that and we know Why you keep getting up here and saying the same pre-recorded fabricated garbage that doesn’t accomplish anything and you claim to wanna fix something and get it right but you don’t do it you talk about it, but you don’t be about it. I also asked that you give ask gamblers a list of whatever you need from me and let me provide it to them as the middle person so you can’t keep adding and taken away and throwing stuff in to try and delay it even longer like you’re doing your replies are very generic and don’t mean a thing when all you do is sing it and don’t bring it. You have a pattern not just with myself with others. I’ve come to learn about, but you’re walking yourself into a hole that you can’t dig out of I mean look at your score on the reviews 3.7 that should tell you you’ve done a great job so far and that you’re really trying hard to fix any problems that you have created so once again if you wanna be about it provide ask legends with the documentation that you need that you never needed before because I cast out there for smaller amounts just fine not a problem, but you start throwing some real money redemptions out there. You guys going to cardiac arrest so quit being fake because I’m not gonna let up on you once this is done there’s other things going on right now that are working in my favor because I don’t know anybody that’s reading this right now. That believes more than I do about what you’re gonna do other than absolutely nothing. Do you remember the email and the chats I do I have them telling me that only thing you needed was the debit card pictures front and back ending in 0903 yeah that was the only thing you needed so I produced that after I ordered a new card cause I told you my other one was lost that’s why you was dwelling on that because I told you I lost it therefore since I couldn’t provide a picture of it front and back and you knew that I lost it that’s what you guys kept hammering on so that I couldn’t provide that to you but when I ordered a new one, and I sent you the pictures right away like 10 days later kind of funny now you added another card to it. That was a virtual card that you knew I couldn’t produce because it was a Chime virtual card that I never got my hands on myself. It was a virtual card so it’s one thing after another with you guys. All you do is scam people mislead people and hide behind a computer with no phone support and that speaks volumes so no matter what you got to say you’re not saying the right things. but anyhow, how about you start replying to the messages and being genuine something creative rather than the same old garbage that’s pre-recorded the same message to every message of mine generic but you won’t answer real questions and the biggest thing is you won’t let this site right here ask gamblers that’s trying to be the middle person.
