Unpaid redemption and predatory tactics


I am filing this formal complaint against SweepsRoyal for an unconscionable 21-day delay of a $2,100.20 redemption. My original request entered "Pending" status on February 8, 2026. On February 14, a support agent (Patricia) coerced me into cancelling that request, falsely claiming that splitting it into $700 increments would be "almost instant." I followed these instructions, but after four days of no payment, I cancelled the smaller requests and resubmitted for the full $2,100.20.

My redemption remained pending until today, February 28, when the company claimed their "processor is broken." Following this excuse, they unilaterally moved the majority of my $2,100.20 winnings back into my "playable" balance without my consent, leaving only a single $599.99 request pending. Simultaneously, instead of answering my inquiries, support staff sent me personalized, unsolicited gameplay recommendations. This is a blatant attempt at "rever­se-­ind­uce­men­t"—­using a manufactured "technical error" as a pretext to force my winnings back into a playable state so I might gamble them away. I have won and successfully cashed out nearly $17,000 from reputable competitors without issue; this 21-day ordeal and the unauthorized manipulation of my funds is a direct violation of industry ethics. I demand my full $2,100.20 be approved and paid immediately.

Considering this has already been a three week long extravaganza and I have documented everything, there’s a lot. But assume you will request certain things to prove my complaint to be valid. In order to not dump everything on you at once I am sharing screenshots of my verified account as well as my account information along with basic proof of their predatory tactics. There’s a lot more. I also included a screenshot of my original pending redemption for $2100.20 which shows the date not only on their site but in the upper left hand corner of my screen, as well as a few other redemptions left pending as well as a screenshot that shows their false advertisement they offer “Instant payouts”. Please simply let me know what else you may need. I literally have anything you would need. I’ve refrained from posting anything on social media as I still want to get paid and after what they’ve already done, I feared they erase me from their site and sweep me under their rug.

Update: Nothing but more stalling tactics again. “Compliance team etc etc. Considering I won this money in about thirty minutes of play on their site by hitting a couple large features and then stopped, they knew almost immediately there was absolutely nothing to find. And to twist the knife a little more I just read a few posts of people having been paid out by SweepsRoyal within days during the timeframe I’ve had to endure being a debt collector. Paid in few days in one lump sum in the thousands they had just won. And after they paid me $200 yesterday, I immediately requested another $200 as they’d processed that in a few hours. Even though this redemption request is a carbon copy to the same account “Their compliance team must double check every redemption”. That is the very definition of “stalling” . Why pay others but not me? Why pay me $200 of $2100.20 and then say another redemption exactly the same must be gone over. I feel like I’m in a sweeps casino funhouse.

Update: I got on the SweepsRoyal site this morning since I have realized I must do so because they will eliminate a redemption request and simply place my winnings back into my playable account. And even though I’d requested a redemption under the threshold of $600 which apparently gets an immediate flag for manual review. So I simply said on a chat that I would request just $200 if they did an instant redemption they advertise. They did not agree but said they would send a ticket in and see. About five hours later I got $200, which is less than 10% of my winnings and over three weeks later. But I immediately requested another $200 and that was seven hours ago and I’ve seen nothing come through. It’s something but as we all know that receiving a trickle of returns compared to the entire amount isn’t why we gamble. We want the chunks. Just wanted to update here so that I’m being transparent.

Rejects to Payout Winnings
Hello,
I would like to make a complaint with Sweeps Royal. have been trying to collect my Sweeps Coins in Redeemable Sweepstakes Cash, which, according to the casino’s terms, should be redeemable at a rate of 1 SC = 1 USD. I am trying to collect my earned 1,300 Sweeps Coins in the $1,3000 USD redeemable cash.
So far, I have earned a total of 5,300 USD. I have received 4,000 of that through 5 separate transactions. However, my more recent withdrawal requests have been rejected without a clear or consistent explanation. My transaction history shows 5 successful transactions and 19 rejections. I have screenshots of these transactions to support my complaint. My most recent rejection of 1,500 was submitted on January 19th and stayed pending until it was rejected on January 25th. I contacted customer service to ask for a reason, and she said maybe because it had been pending for so long.
The casino has not given me a specific, documented reason for these rejections, and they have not provided any clear timetable or procedure to redeem the rest of my legitimate winnings. I have complied with the 1x playthrough requirement, my account is verified, and I have followed all rules posted on their website. I have also completed all requested verification (KYC) requirements. In addition, despite the size of my winnings and the payments already made, Sweeps Royal Casino did reach out for a request for my IRS Form W-2G, tax documentation for my gambling winnings, which I submitted that day in order to comply with my tax obligations in the United States.
I have reached out almost daily for assistance with my pending redemptions and rejections. I have asked several times what I need to do to help process these and asked several times to verify there are no issues with my account. I have asked for the compliance department's email address to reach out personally, but it was stated that they do not have an email address to be contacted. I have submitted tickets online for support. All of which have not been updated. I have sent several emails to customer support online. This lack of communication, combined with partial payments and repeated rejections, suggests an intentional delay in paying my full, eligible winnings.
I request that Sweeps Royal process this redemption and any other pending redemptions within the reasonable timeframes they advertise (from about 24 hours up to, at most, several days depending on the payout method), or that they clearly explain the reason for the delay and provide a concrete solution. I appreciate AskGamblers’ help in making sure the operator follows its terms and conditions and releases my prizes in a fair and timely manner.
I respectfully ask AskGamblers to take this into account and to assist me in obtaining:
1. Full payment of my remaining eligible balance.
2. A clear written explanation from the casino for the rejected redemptions.
3. A firm timeframe for the complete resolution of this matter.
