Well Past 30 Business Days and Counting for Redemption Request
I requested a redemption from The Money Factory on July 18. It is September 17 and I have not been paid. When asked on August 29 about the redemption, TheMoneyFactory representative in chat said "it can now take up to 30 business days as outlined in our Terms of Service." By my count, it is has now been 47 business days without payment. I have also not received any proactive communication from TheMoneyFactory. My inquiries have been have been "escalated" and followup from TheMoneyFactory promised, but not delivered. The redemption request was for $1001.16. I also still have a balance on the site, which is a concern.
