Have reached out via email asking how long it will take for my redemption to hit my skrill account. I've received no clear reply. It has been 4 days and it still hasn't been accepted or processed and on their site it says 24 hours plus 2 to 3 additional hours and it has been far longer than that. But don't reply to my emails asking simply how long it should take. That's very frustrating and I feel like it's a scam and I'm going to get nothing.
