Usually Pulsz is very good with redemptions but this time I have a few, and it’s been more then 5 business days the very first one for $5000 it’s been 2 weeks now I’m getting worried cause I haven’t received anything in my bank yet and no response since the September 7, 2022

The $5000 should of cleared since then but it says in progress still and has the cancel button to the right still.

I have a total of 23,500.00 In winnings now and I never had this problem before they are usually good at redemption.

I haven’t received anything and I’m really worried now cause I’m depending on it.

I played more now I’m at $30,000.00 and no reply from pulsz casino and nothing cleared to my bank account yet. Not even the first $5000.00 since I redeemed aug. 31st 2022. And sep 12th the $12,000.00 and the $3000.00 after that date is still in progress. And as of yesterday I have 3 redemptions $2000.00, $2000.00, and $1000.00. And today another $5000.00 I hope I can get all my funds soon thank u is a great exciting win cause it’s gonna help me with my breast cancer medical bills. But now it’s just getting me really worried if I’m gonna get it on time.

I’m at $45,000.00 now and still no reply or funds in my account everything is still in progress. My first redemption was aug 30th, 2022. Pulsz is usually good with redemption but this time it’s been a whole month now.

Hi , I’m at $50,000.00 now and still no reply are funds in my account. I love pulsz I’m a vip diamond player but I’m feeling really worried now I never had a problem redeeming until now it’s been a full month now .

I got an email I have to fill out the affidavit and notary will do that tomorrow.

I got an email on the 6th of Oct stating that they don’t have a time frame when they will process and will update me on my redemptions by the end of this week. They said they are reviewing my payment methods which doesn’t make since to me but it’s should be good cause everything I use is my banks so it shouldn’t be a problem. They said that the payment team has my affidavit now .

Hi after I gamble more and lost most of my winnings they contact me right after a big lost then it’s so funny to me that the same day I lost they respond and some of the money was in my bank the same day Iim very upset that it took over a month for them to hold my big winnings is like they do that on purpose so u know when people like to gamble u know they will continue play. Also all the emails went to junk mail , I think that when people win big they should have contact them via phone cause it’s unfair that they don’t respond after a way Over a month and they should have that only 3-5 business days it’s a scam that they do that…. It’s crazy to me after a big lost then some cleared the same day.

3-5 business days that’s they policy they should stick by ….. and direct contact via phone it’s not right what happened
