Numerous times my redemptions get rejected without reason, fourth attempt trying to redeem. They owe me an 800 and 1500 redemption. I've redeemed here before and am fully verified. Contacted support via chat and email and they are not helpful at all. They are withholding my rightfully won winnings. I am beyond frustrated with this site.
