I went through the verification process, they kept saying that the proof of address was invalid and stated they needed a PDF..

I sent a downloadable PDF of my bank statement 4 times, thinking it may have just been a glitch since I followed all of the rules and followed the steps one by one.

When I ‘exceeded’ the amount of times to upload my proof of address, they said to type my date of birth how it is on my proof of address with no place to type it. I wrote customer service and no response or way to redo the verification process or send my proof of address to have it re-verified. The amount I’m trying to redeem is 171.83 , my balance is 191.83.

I can’t play any more games, as I have an error message every time I try.

Please help me get my account verified so I can redeem, thank you.
