Complaint Against Sweeps Las Vegas – Unpaid Redemptions
I am submitting this complaint because Sweeps Las Vegas has not paid three redemption requests totaling $1,050, and they have not responded to my repeated attempts to contact them.
My account was fully verified through their KYC process before I submitted any redemption requests. My verification was approved.
I submitted the following redemption requests:
$200 — submitted on February 12, 2026
$350 — submitted on February 9, 2026
$500 — submitted on February 9, 2026
Total amount owed: $1,050.
Since submitting these requests, I have emailed customer support daily, often more than once per day, requesting updates and clarification. I have not received any responses to these emails. I do not have replies to attach because the casino has not responded at all.
However, I can provide:
• Screenshots showing my verification approval
• Screenshots of the redemption confirmations
• Screenshots of my sent email history showing multiple contact attempts
• Screenshots of my account balance
I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly with the casino before submitting this complaint.
I am requesting that Sweeps Las Vegas either:
1. Pay the outstanding $1,050, or
2. Provide a clear written explanation of why the payment has not been processed.
