I'm not one to complain, but this is ridiculous and I'd love for it to resolved so I can Delete my account and move on. Additionally, I think other gamblers should be warned in as many different places as are willing and able.

My complaint is regarding JefeBet Casino. I should have dug deeper when investigating their legitimacy prior to spending any money, because the evidence is out there...in droves. I have included a number of reviews/complaints made by other customers explaining identical issues with this company.

I signed up and purchased the Welcome package and won. I decided to cash out for $100. That was January 4, 2026. It's been 18 days. Attempts at correspondence were initially polite. After getting the same run-around "technical errors" excuse over and over, I have become increasingly more frustrated. They even went so far as to tell me that once the "tech issues" were resolved, that my redemption would be the "very first redemption processed". The company insults their customers intelligence by promising priority treatment regardless of all the other folks that have been waiting longer.

It's interesting how this company can accept customers money, but give no warning about said "technical difficulties".

I am attaching my emails back and forth and several customer reviews that site the exact same excuses.
