I'm writing this complaint in regards to not being able to redeem my winnings, WOW Vegas locked my account with over 7k still on it they are stating that I had another account, which that is false because it was and is my only account I've ever made at an online casino, they asked for my personal information ie: drivers license, bank statement, a selfie of me holding my drivers license, proof of address. I've emailed them quite a few times and they haven't responded but once. I'd like to cash out my winnings

I'm locked out of my account and I don't remember the exact amount of my winnings but I know it was around 7300-7600 us dollars
