Submitted a $500 redemption request. Next day when trying to log in say account is locked contact support for details. I previously had communication with support in which they responded within 48 hours. Now zero response since September 23rd Have sent a second request. Still zero response. Saw multiple people on Reddit with similar issues around the same date.
