I have been playing Pulsz Casino for a while now and a few days ago I hit for $16,000 so like a dummy i redeemed a bit of the money and then kept playing. I eventually ended up hitting for nearly $60k. I redeemed again for 50k earnings. I was notified that i needed to verify my account which I thought was weird because I've redeemed winnings before and was never asked that question. So I sent over a bank statement along with front and back of card used. I waited and never got a email conformation that I was verified, but on my account is said everything was approved. I waited another day not a single dime was placed in my account so i played the money that I supposedly won after reaching out to the chat several times. I thought it was odd that the money i won was still sitting in the redeem area for me to cancel after 24 hours and it almost feels like pulsz wasn't submitting my request to redeem the funds.
In the end I ended up playing all of the money until I only had $1,200 being redeemed to my account. I reached out the chat again this morning to let them know I wasn't happy with how this was handled after waiting the 24 hours and longer to be paid out and then was locked out of my account unknowingly this morning with the remaining $1,200 I redeemed.

I was paid the $1,200 winning in less than 24 hours unlike the rounds of $10,000 I redeemed and was not paid.
I still feel like I was shorted by Pulsz in a weird way. I learned my lesson though I will not be using their services anymore.
