When opening an account, BC.Game.us gave 35 dollars free coins. I was lucky to win several prizes, and I applied for cash out when the game score had reached over 3,000. The system showed that the first application for cash out must be filled up with 35 dollars for KYC, Customer service said that after I deposit 35 dollars will be able to withdraw.
When I deposited 35 US dollars, I was told that I could apply for a withdrawal. When I applied, the system showed that the account had been in error, and I must deposit 35 dollars to be settled. I had already filled up with 35 dollars, still didn't pass, and the customer service told me my game account is in error and needs to pay 35 dollars to settle the deposit records. I had already paid over 35 dollars, it was over the amount requested.
The attempt to withdraw was rejected. They only emphasized that the "account error" required $35 to be settled, and technical support required 24 to 48 hours to deal with the relevant issues.
The customer service's attitude was completely discredited and negative. And each time they replied the same: the only way to settle was to pay 35 Dollars and wait for 24 to 48 hours technical support team would repair the system. Every time they just said that two key points, with no positive response at all.
I asked customer service to confirm if refilling $35 again, will the system be 100% successful in verifying and withdrawing cash? Customer service replied that they could not be able to make sure and confirm that the system would settle down the error. The system shows that I have to pay 35 dollars to solve the problem, but it can't guarantee it will be fixed.
Customer Service just repeated the same message and didn't reply to my question clearly, just told me they will try their best to help me settle down the system error and the deposit verification to release withdrawal restrictions.
The only solution is to deposit $35 again with no guarantee that the problem will be solved 100%. And after depositing $35, it would take 24 to 48 hours to get along with the technical support. This is the only solution, but success is not guaranteed
I waited for over 100 hours. Is this a scam to take another deposit?
The basic right of the online casino is to invest in profit-making, but the money that cannot be withdrawn from the customer is definitely an illegal behavior.
