I won a prize of a little more then $1900 and I went to redeem my prize when understandably it sent me through a verification process. I completed it correctly using two different utility bills with the address I made the account with. I then attempted to keep submitting the documents after I read through what was accepted again and deemed my documents approvable. It still would not verify my documents and said I couldn’t try anymore. I have submitted multiple tickets with no response from the casino and I’m worried as I read that these things usually don’t get resolved with this specific casino. I would like you guys to connect me with someone who can get my account verified so I can get the money I won out of the account, as it is making me nervous sitting there in a casino with little to no customer service, any help would be greatly appreciated.
