I am submitting a complaint against FortuneWheelz regarding the wrongful closure of my account and denial of my legitimate winnings.
On January 30, 2026, FortuneWheelz informed me that my account had been permanently closed following a decision by their security department. They stated that the information I provided during live verification “did not match” their records. This is incorrect. My documents are accurate and consistent, and I offered additional verification, including my passport. My driver’s license and passport contain the same identifying information.
Despite my attempts to resolve this, FortuneWheelz refused to provide any details about the alleged discrepancy. They cited their Terms and Conditions (Section 16.3), claiming they can terminate accounts “for any reason” and declined to investigate further. Instead of paying out my rightful winnings, they refunded only my deposits.
I believe this is an unfair and potentially predatory practice—voiding winnings after successful gameplay and verification without providing evidence or a fair review process. I complied with all KYC requirements and acted in good faith.
I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to:
Investigate FortuneWheelz’s actions and verification process.
Require FortuneWheelz to provide a clear explanation of the alleged mismatch.
Ensure that my legitimate winnings are paid out, not just my deposits refunded.
I have retained all correspondence and can provide screenshots, identity documents, and account history upon request.
