The situation did not end there. For approximately three months, I have been trying to obtain a meaningful response and a proper resolution. Here is exactly what happened, based on SapphireBet's own records and my emails and chats with their staff. November 3, 2026: SapphireBet put my account under verification review and blocked withdrawals. My balance was 3,465.59 CAD. I sent every document they asked for. November 4: While my account was still under review, their own session history shows three logins from Helsinki, Finland (IP 178.17.53.75) at 18:20, 18:21, and 19:08 Pacific time. I live in Vancouver and have never used a VPN. In those sessions, 26 bets were placed in 20 minutes on hockey, tennis, table tennis, and volleyball. I didn't place them. Those bets staked 3,446.79 CAD and returned 3,802.20 CAD, so my balance should have been 3,821.00 CAD. It became 0.08 CAD. A Google Authenticator I never set up was also added, locking me out. That night, security emailed me: "You can use your account. Have a good game." November 5: They removed the authenticator. I changed my password and enabled my own 2FA. Later that day, my password stopped working, and I had no session on my account. Where did the money go? My transaction history shows no withdrawal. Support said the funds were lost through casino play. My casino history shows "Events not found" for 30/10 to 05/11, even after clearing the cache and logging in again as they instructed. One agent said she could see casino bets, but refused to give their times or IP addresses. Another said he couldn't even tell me when the first casino transaction happened or what my balance was at that moment.
