I am filing this review because I believe my case deserves to be properly investigated by ComeOn and their responsible gambling team. I lost more than 20 000 euros with ComeOn over a relatively short period of time while struggling with gambling addiction. This was not normal recreational gambling for me, and I feel that my situation was not dealt with appropriately. I raised my concerns with ComeOn and explained the situation. I was then told that my refund request would be forwarded for further review. This was promised in July 2026. Since then, I have heard nothing meaningful about the refund request. I have not received a decision, an explanation, or even a proper update regarding whether the request was actually reviewed. My main concern is not simply that I lost money. I accept responsibility for my gambling, but I am asking ComeOn to look at the circumstances surrounding those losses, including my gambling addiction, the amount I lost in a short period, the responsible gambling measures applied to my account, and the communications I had with their support team. I also want to understand why, despite the circumstances, I was able to continue depositing and gambling to the extent that I ultimately lost more than NOK 200,000. What makes the situation particularly frustrating is that ComeOn told me in July that my refund request would be escalated. Months have now passed without any substantive response. I am therefore asking ComeOn to properly investigate my account and responsible gambling history, review my refund request, and provide a clear written explanation of their decision. I have documentation of my conversations with support and the communication regarding the refund request and can provide this as evidence. I am posting this complaint because normal customer support has not resolved the matter. Little help and slows replies regarding special requests. Have asked many times for updates but getting the same answer all time. Hope somebody can help resolve it here.
