Overall, I had a fairly good experience with this casino. The website has a modern appearance, pages load quickly, and moving between the lobby, account section, and games is convenient. There is also a solid selection of slots, so I had enough options to find games I enjoyed. The platform felt stable throughout my sessions. The main thing I would change is the way bonuses and promotions are presented. Some offers looked interesting, but the terms contained several conditions that weren't immediately obvious. I had to read the details carefully before deciding whether to use a promotion. It's not a major issue, but clearer and shorter explanations would make the experience more user-friendly.

I like the games and the selection of the games. I like the setup and the selection of games. I really don't have much more i can say i like because I can't get them to honor a $100 redemption of mine, so right now I am mostly looking to file complaints. The redemption takes way too long. There is no live chat support and they lie when they say they processed your redemption and it never hits your account. Im filing every complaint I can until my issue is resolved. $100 redemption is not much to ask for the thousands of dollars ive put into this site. I want my redemption, then I want to close my account.

It’s clean and easy to navigate. * They give you quite a few different ways to earn SC besides just playing games, including surveys and other activities. * I’ve had a pretty decent balance between wins and losses. Doesn’t feel like I’m just constantly getting drained. CONs * Once you use the welcome bonus, there really aren’t any bonuses or promos to speak of. Would definitely like to see some regular promos. * There are a LOT of games. Almost too many sometimes, and flipping through everything to find something you want to play can be a pain. * Withdrawals are on the slow side. That’s probably my biggest complaint with the site. Overall: I’ve had a pretty good experience with Ace.cc so far. The site itself is nice, there are plenty of ways to earn SC, and the games have treated me fairly well. If they added some ongoing promos and sped up withdrawals, I’d have a lot less to complain about.

I like that they offer good deals, but they don't mean anything if the site won't talk to you or let you redeem anything. I recommend staying far away from this site. Do not use this site. I put a redemption in on 6/22/26, and it is now 8/5/26 with no change to it showing pending. They say you can contact them 24/7, but that just means you can send them an email. I emailed them 10 days ago with no response, not even an automated message acknowledging it was received. There are so many other sites that are legit like Crown Coins, McLuck, Spin Blitz, Big Pirate, and Puslzbingo to name a few. They all pay out in under 7 days. Stay away from Sweep Las Vegas. I don't think they are a legit company, and even if they turn out to be at some point, who wants to wait 2+ months to be cashed out? Not me!
