I submitted an account verification 26 days ago but my account still hasn't been verified yet. I made multiple help request tickets/emails to support and those requests are automatically being closed/ignored. I need to know the status of my account verification. Otherwise, I will need to dispute my credit card charges.

Hi AskGamblers Complaint Team,

To provide some clarification, I haven't disputed any payments yet and do not want to do so unless absolutely necessary.

I just need help getting some updates on my Wow Vegas account verification status. I want to continue using Wow Vegas but I can't do so until my account is verified.

I created my Wow Vegas account on 8/16/24 but my account still hasn't been verified yet as of today 9/13/2024. When I go into my account I see a message that says "We are processing your data. Your Verification status will appear here". This message has been displayed in my account for the last month with no update.

I've contacted Wow Vegas multiple times asking for an update on my account verification process but my help request tickets are assigned to the agent Andrea and then immediately closed. I've contacted Wow Vegas on August 20, 2024 13:22, August 21, 2024 13:54, August 25, 2024 13:27, and September 02, 2024 15:33, but have not yet received a response from them.

Kindly be notified that this complaint is being reopened following the declared willingness on behalf of WOW Vegas Casino management to do everything within their power to resolve their outstanding AGCCS cases. The AskGamblers Complaint Team will gladly assist by giving any of these old cases an additional chance for a successful resolution.
