I have tried to redeem $400 SC but my account still isn’t verified after over a month of sending in documents. I’ve sent my ID, my bank statement, messaged the whatsapp staff host, and more. NO ONE is helping me and my $400 redemption keeps being cancelled. I’ve emailed as recently as today and before that last week but have YET to have a single reply about my verification, even though support hasn’t reached out to me yet on the matter.
