I won over 9,000 dollars on pulsz over the course of two days August 16th & 17th I submitted my withdraw through pulsz on the 17th, I have not had problems with withdraws in the past however this was my first jackpot over 2,000 so I decided to split the withdraw amounts to hopefully receive my funds with ease. I submitted my withdraw for 2500+2500+2500 +1500. Today on the 18th when I logged in to check my account to see the status of the withdraw all the money was missing from my withdraw page. I checked my email and it was crazy! I have over hundreds of emails stating that my withdraws we’re cancelled!

I am attaching my initial zendesk request for when I had won and for Pulsz to send me my winnings. I sent a reply, it’s been 3-4 days and still not contact from customer service.
Pulsz finally sent me an email response but it was not very clear as to when my 9,000 in winnings will be sent to my account. The withdraws are still missing from my account and no determined date was posted. I have received nothing from my bank stating the deposit was coming in. I asked in a follow up question as to when I should be expecting my winnings and was not given a response yet as to when I would expect to receive a payout. It’s been over 7 days since my my initial withdraw for 9,000
