So I've been using wow Vegas for a little while now collecting my free bonus everyday and then a few days ago I finally got a little bit lucky and I keep playing and I win a little bit. My account was already verified and I had a number on file but it's an old phone number so I've tried contacting customer service numerous times and with no response. So basically I just need to update my phone number which should be super easy but not with customer service. I still wish I had my old number would make this a lot easier. My VIP level should let me chat directly with customer service via WhatsApp, but I don't even know how to do that. I'm not sure it's even a thing. But it's been a few days and no response from customer service and I don't think there will be. Also, I am the highest level of VIP which seems to not mean much. I'm not entirely positive what type of files to upload?
