I am unable to redeem over 2.5k. I have never had any issues with Wowvegas until now where I have a large amount of money in my account. When trying to redeem, my redemptions are rejected with no details. When I contacted Wow's support, they basically informed me they would investigate and get back to me. It has been days now and I have reached out multiple times but no response. They automatically close any new ticket I open with them. I currently have ticket #120658 opened with them. Their support is horrible.
