Royal Ace Casino - Not giving my money I am entitled to

REJECTED
Complaint Info
Disputed casino Royal Ace Casino
Reason Refund declined
Amount $ 420
Posted on October 26, 2020

I played a free code on 10/19/2020

After I played through the requirements i wanted to cash out at 420 us dollars.

I was told to provide some information for a check. when I come to learn that my bank does not accept international checks as royal ace had stated.

Then I provided the other information for my other acct. They stated due to it being a 3rd party that it could get lost or rejected.

So I was asked to find a bank in my area that will accept the check. Well nobody will due to being suspicious activity with royal ace.

If you ask me customer service doesn't know anything. I have gotten the run around with them for days and days now. I need help.

I was told by customer service the code i used was only for 100 max but my amount for redeemable says $420 dollars. So tell me

what to do. cause I wont spend money on this site or any other site like this.

I'll stick to luckyland, chumba or funzpoints. the real casinos that pay you in time.

Hi Jessica--

I apologize for the difficulties you've been having with this.

I believe there may be a small bit of misunderstanding, which I hope I can clear up for you...

First, in order for us to issue a check, we must know that your bank accepts international checks. Most larger banks (i.e., Citi, Chase, BofA) will, but mid-size and smaller banks tend not to. Most smaller banks (and all credit unions) employ intermediaries--this essentially means that the funds will go through a larger bank to reach the smaller bank. Our processors will not issue any sort of payment (checks or wires) to a bank employing an intermediary.

In order to sort out your withdrawal, we will have to work out a solution for your payment method. We are also missing some bits from your documents package. I will be sending an email to you later today, outlining everything we will need, along with help for your payment method.

All the best,

Tawni

The customer service had stated i would only receive $100. So all this is for nothing now.

All the banks here said its alittle fishy of what they want just to put money in your bank. Im sorry but im not giving my cc information out when i never used it once on this website.

Hi Jessica--

I've checked in on your account and it appears that you've gone ahead and played your funds down to zero. At this point there are no withdrawals to be approved or paid.

I wish you all the best,

Tawni
