Winward Casino - Refusing to respond to my emails

Dear Complaints

I have an issue regarding Winward Casino. They refused to get back to me when I was speaking to them on their online chat service. I was told my issue would be dealt with, however I never received a response and they closed the account. After countless attempts to contact them I posted on ASK Gamblers. They then responded to my concerns. Problem is they did not address the matter.

My concerns are legitimate, and surround the nature of their website and complaint handling process. I told them their casino is an exact replica of Richcasino.com. They denied this, I provided proof that all wording is the same and produced what is on both pages. They ignored the email and never responded. It is highly concerning considering I blocked my account from Rich casino then opened one at Winward thinking they were different.
I am just asking for someone at Ask Gamblers to contact this casino on my behalf so I can re-open the dialogue with them.
I have proof of emails/chat transcripts identifying my concerns.
I believe this matter needs to be dealt with by the casino's at hand.

Please note that we looked into it and found that your concerns have been addressed on both chat, email and via our Security Department as well.

In regards to your questions asked on chat, since the support team is an external, outsourcing one, the chat representative advised that they can offer you information in regards to your account and recommended that for any other details and confirmation that your account has been closed as per your request, you contact our Security Department, as they are the only ones who could address this.

Please note that we have asked our support department to re-contact you via email, so feel free to ask our colleagues there any questions that you might have.

Dear Ask Gamblers

My complaint has yet to be fully answered, I do not wish to make public one of the issues I have raised with Winward Casino at this time.

I am hopeful they will reply to my last email I sent them, they are yet to do so.

I would like to raise concerns regarding what is displayed on their's and Rich Casino's website.

I was told they are a standalone casino yet all descriptions on both pages including recent winners (which is never updated) are exactly the same.
There is also a message displayed on both casino's About Page from the Account Manager listed as Paul Atkinson.

I am struggling to comprehend how Winward Casino is saying they are a stand alone casino when they both have same Marketing Manager.

Ask Gamblers thank you for your help, you may close my complaint.
