I bought packs and played on Pulsz.com and won some money. I redeemed a total of $12592.50 in multiple transactions from 2/23 to 2/28. However, I've not been paid on any of my redemptions as of 3/10 today.

Pulsz promised 72 hour redemption. I've contacted them multiple times since 2/26. Each time they asked me to wait another 24 to 72 hours without any updates. Sometimes my messages/emails just get ignored.

I've completely verified my account, and previously passed multiple payment verifications requested by them. But this time it's different. They've restricted my account and they've not told me any reason why it's taking so long. They've not asked for any documents. They just left me in the dark. The support is useless they just repeat the same 24h to 72h wait time everytime I ask.

At this point I just want my money back. If they want to refund to my cards that's also fine.
