I do not know is this a intentional or a software glitch as it acts differently when I have enough for redemption it only pop up the page say that your profile has been verified, but no other link while I do not have enough to redeem I can see that two link offer But grade out which is because I do not have enough. I tried to deposit and play again. I won twice, but because of I couldn’t redeem, I feel frustrated as if this is an intentionally set up. You can see my attached screenshot one is have SC coins want to redeem one does not have. Furthermore, I have been emailed them many times. No reply. I only received the promotional offer to deposit. If there’s no way to no customer service, I don’t really want to play at this casino disappointed that I thought this was a solid trust trustworthy online Casino, but it's just like pulse Casino no customer service cannot redeem anything. I hope someone can help me and tell me what’s going on.

Please be informed that redemptions are subject to a minimum request amount:

Gift cards: 20 SC
Cash prizes: 50 SC

As per the screenshot provided by the customer, their redeemable balance was not sufficient to make a redemption request.
