Company Wont Process my Redemption and Closed my Account

I had a 717 sweeps coin balance at Gold Treasure Casino. I earned this through fair play. I made a redemption for this balance for $717. My redemption was denied and my account was closed. No explanation was provided. I did not break any rules. The casino refused to tell me why they won't provided me with my redemption.
