Hello my Name is < full name removed > my account has been locked due to winning and they are saying I’m not in a legit region but I live in NC and I have played and spent money on there for months. I have won 1000$. Now I am locked out and support will not respond. I would like to redeem my 1000$. Also, why doesn’t your casino offer support It shouldn’t take weeks or months for somebody to be verified or redeem. Y’all had no problem taking my money numerous times and allowing me to play so what changed for yall to act in this manner.
