I was asked to verify my account and I submitted all the required documents. It came back saying that the documents I uploaded were not the right ones. I 100% followed all directions for the supporting documents. I have reached out to wowvegas over 20+ times with no response. I won 9k and desperately need it or atleast have my money refunded that I spent there. It’s completely unfair and I feel scammed. I need that money as soon as possible.
