So since January the 28th,about 2 weeks ago I won 100sc on wow Vegas casino and when I went to redeem it shows me a verification in process can take up to 48 hours window and it has been stuck on that window since even though I never even had the chance to submit documents to get verified. I since then have sent multiple support tickets with only one response from them period giving me a broken link to go to with the same 48 hour verification window. They have never responded to any other complaints. Won't verify me or pay me my money. Then today when I check in there site to see if they might have answered a support ticket they made it to where I can't even see my tickets but luckily I had screenshoted them prior for evidence of there unfair treatment. Then after I was able to email support telling them of this now they have my account blocked 100%.
