Hello I have tried to contact wow Vegas to update my new address and to get verified they won’t respond to my messages at all. I’ve tried email ticket messenger on Facebook and instagram with zero response. I really need to get my money from them and it won’t let me do anything on the site now. If they aren’t going to pay me my winnings they atleast owe me a refund on my purchase. Can you please help me get my address updated? I contacted sumsub who they use for verification they just said to contact wow because I made too many upload attempts which is strange because they kept telling me to try again. I’m definitely questioning if this is a scam
