After winning $2400 I started the verifying process.

After submitting all the required documents the address verification doc wouldn't upload, the document was my complete electric bill direct PDF upload from my service provider, not a screenshot of the actual document.

Now 3 weeks later I have also submitted my natural gas bill same process and still no verification. as I have tried to get information all you can get is a default no answer response every one taking 48 hours +.

I play a lot of online casinos and have had 0 problems. Do not send any money that you think you will redeem
