I have had a pending redemption for $2,000+ for more than 3 business days now. I'm a gold VIP and I haven't had any issues in the past getting my redemptions within 1 business day (as per their policy for gold VIP and hosted VIP tiers). I have sent support 5 emails now, all of which have gone ignored.
