To resolve another ongoing dispute, I urgently need Winota to provide me with information on when my account has been self-excluded. I know for sure this happened sometime in February. I have not received an answer despite asking them to provide this information three times and contacting also the live support multiple times.

Case is resolved, support answered but only after escalating the matter to AskGamblers. Emails were unanswered for over two weeks before the help from AskGamblers. Very poor customer service, casino seemed to avoid contact.
