I won 1K about a month ago, depositing with my Visa card - they refuse to pay me my winnings back to my bank account. I have emailed with the support a few times back and forth - they asked me to try another payment option - but first I had to make another deposit from the new wallet - so I opened a Neosurf account and made a successful deposit. Still they refused to pay me back to that account... Finally now they made me open a crypto wallet, I deposited to that site and tried to make another payment to them. And the crypto wallet doesn't even support the QR code or has the ability to send them money.

A lot of wasted time and money...
