I made a withdrawl on April 4th of 4k and recieved the funds on April 11th. This transaction was very smooth and had no issues. I made a second withdrawl of 4k on April 6th and have not yet recieved the funds. I have talked to support at least 5 times over the last 4 days with many conflicting information. First chat said my money would be in my account no later than April 13th, nothing happened. Second chat on April 13th they told me to send screen shots of my bank account (i am assuming to see if the funds were transferred). I sent these documents to the support email as directed. I recieved an email stating they were not doing withdrawls at the moment due to technical issues and if i still had an issue after 24 hours to contact them again. I responded that their response was scripted and they didnt even read my original email as my issue was a withdrawl for the week prior, they responded my issue was sent to the payment team and i would be contacted. April 16 i did not recieve anything from the payment team, i went back to live help and was told they are having issues with the payment provider and they are working on it, someone from the payment team will contact me. April 17th, no contact from payment team. Went back to live support and was told to send in screen shots of my account again, I told them I already did. The chat agent proceeded to give me a reference number to take to my bank to track the funds. I questioned how a bank can track funds they didnt send, luckily I told him my bank is 30 seconds from my work so I went in while on chat. They looked at me like I was crazy and said they cannot track funds they didnt sens. I told the chat agent I was in line at the bank and he disconnected, my response went to a second chat agaent who had no idea what I was talking about. She informed me they were having technical issues and working on it. April 18th still no money or any contact from the payment team. Went to live support and was told they had issues with their payment provider are are busy working on it, asked again if I sent in screen shots of my bank account...i told became a bit frustrated that she did not look at my account or past chat conversations to see I already did.

Side note: chatting with another gambler on here, his money is not in account as well. He was told they reset the withdrawl and it would ve 2-5 days. This is information i was not told and it seems like their responses are vague to me. Reading through the complaints on here and other sites they seem to have issues with their payment provider systemically.
