Betico Casino – Unjust Account Ban & Confiscated $3,100 Winnings

I am submitting this formal complaint against Betico Casino, which has unjustly banned my account and is withholding my $3,100 in winnings, which I earned fairly.

Issue Summary

I registered at Betico Casino because it was advertised as a newly launched casino and promoted as an affiliate of Fairspin. As part of their welcome promotion, they offered 20 free spins with 0x wagering requirements.

After registering, I played for approximately three hours and eventually won over $3,000 through fair play. Since there were no wagering requirements, this amount should have been eligible for withdrawal, according to the casino’s own terms.

To meet the withdrawal conditions, I made an additional $17 deposit and requested my withdrawal.

However, the next morning, I woke up to find that my account had been blocked without any prior warning, with the accusation that I had exploited a technical vulnerability.

Why Is This Ban Unjustified?

The 20 free spins were part of a legitimate promotion, and my winnings were earned fairly.

The casino has not provided any concrete evidence that I violated any terms.

I submitted the exact Game Round ID where I won the large amount, proving that my winnings came from a legitimate game session.

The casino initially accepted my withdrawal request, then later banned me and confiscated my funds.

Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I only received generic responses, with no real explanation or investigation.

Why Is Your Intervention Necessary?

This case is a clear example of unfair practices, where the casino is withholding legitimate winnings from players without valid reasons. The casino has unilaterally and arbitrarily banned my account without any proof, effectively denying my rightful payout, which is deceptive and unethical.

My Requests:

A fair review of my account, with a proper explanation and concrete evidence regarding my alleged violation.

The immediate release of my legitimate $3,100 winnings.

A formal clarification on what specific rule I allegedly broke, if any at all.

If the casino refuses to cooperate, I kindly ask you to take appropriate regulatory action to prevent such unfair practices in the future.

I am writing to provide additional evidence regarding my case against Betico Casino. Despite multiple requests, the casino has refused to provide any proof to justify their decision to block my account and void my winnings.

We are always ready to take part in any situation and care about only the correct solution.

Important to mention at the very beginning that gaming platform Betico always follows all points of the Terms and Conditions and mechanics that are set for specific situations.
Any action might take place only with the facts of the confirmed situation.

The account of Beri1111 has been blocked permanently without any possibility to restore it.
Beri1111 can not be a member of the gaming platform anymore.
The reason for such an action was violation of the Terms and Conditions of Betico with which every member of the gaming platform agrees upon registration.

Our Security Department detected clear violations such as Multi Account and exploiting a technical vulnerability on our platform in order to obtain material advantage.
Such violations are already a serious reason for actions from our side.

Right after blocking the account of a former member of Betico we have sent a letter with information about this situation to the email that has been used upon registration.

With all mentioned details we can state that all processes have been completed correctly according to all mechanics and rules of the gaming platform.
In case of any additional clarifications or requirements of any details - we are always ready to cooperate.

I would like to clarify and strongly reject the accusations of multi-accounting and exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
The alleged "multi account" accusation is unfounded. The KYC documents, personal data, and identity are unique and belong to me only. I request the casino to provide any proof of the alleged other account that they claim is mine – such as name, ID, address, or device data.
As for "exploiting a technical vulnerability" – the casino has not provided any concrete explanation or evidence about what exactly I supposedly did, how it affected the system, or what rules were broken.
I ask AskGamblers to require that the casino present concrete evidence to support these claims.
I am fully confident in my position and have documented gameplay history showing fair use and no violation.
I kindly ask for the recovery of my account balance of $3,100 as I believe the actions taken by the casino are unjustified and not transparently supported

Thank you for the response, but unfortunately, no concrete evidence has been provided to support the accusations against me.
I once again respectfully request that the casino provide clear proof regarding the alleged violations, specifically:
– What other account is supposedly linked to mine?
– What specific "technical vulnerability" was exploited?
– Are there any matching IP addresses, devices, or login patterns?
– Can the casino show any gameplay or transaction logs that support their claims?
So far, the casino has only repeated general statements without any factual basis or documentation.
I kindly ask the AskGamblers team to request actual evidence from the casino.
If no such evidence is presented, I believe the complaint should be resolved in favor of the player, as the accusations remain unsubstantiated.
