I deposited $30 on Nov. 12 2021 through Interac using gigadat services. Deposit still hasn't shown. I've contacted love chat almost daily and still haven't Recieved any updates via email. I'm a loyal patron of videoslots and have recommended them numerous times. I've spent a fair bit of money there as well. I've given them the proper evidence to show that I properly made the deposit and they have acknowledged that there was a problem with their server on the day of my deposit. It in no way should be taking 12 days to sort this issue out. Im pretty close to closing my account even though I thoroughly enjoyed it.
