After depositing thousands over the past 2 years and being a loyal customer to raging bull casino. I finally won a substatus amount. After sending my required documentation to and from both Raging bull US and AUS I still have not had verification on when I'm due to receive these funds.ibe had to deal with multiple Raging bull staff. Countless emails back and fourth,one email saying my documentation was verified and to await payment. Waited 2 weeks still no payment, contacted RB staff again and they required I send through my documentation. This has happened multiple times now! I live in Australia, I don't understand what the issue is as I have done everything that has been asked and beyond.
