My withdrawal for the amount of $2500.00 was approved on July 31st 2020. They have all the right documentation, I have waited the so called 7-10 business days for the next steps.

I have been waiting for two weeks now for the payout team to contact me, which was only supposed to take two business days.

Now I haven't heard anything at all for many days. I have been more than patient and I am getting sick and tired of waiting and consistently sending them enquiry emails. I would like to receive my payment urgently.

Can you assist please.

Hi Lana--

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.

I've reviewed your account and the first thing you need to understand is that you built your withdrawal using Loyalty Comps (2000=$20). The terms regarding cashouts with Loyalty Comps is very clear:

8. Comp Points come with 1-time maximum withdrawal limit.

With this in mind, technically, you would only be eligible for a $100 withdrawal. We do, however, make allowances with this, as our minimum withdrawal is $100.

As such, your withdrawal was already sent to our processor: 8/17 Paid AUD $100 + no fee service for transaction #60194040. I've checked with our processor and they've confirmed your wire was completed on 9/1, so I would expect the funds have already arrived in your bank account.
