On Oct 22, 2020, I requested a bitcoin withdrawal in the amount of $548.30, I am still waiting and after being given the excuse of one verification department to the next. I’m now waiting for an approval department so that I can then wait some more.

Honestly, I can’t be sure but it really seems as though the casino is stalling, maybe even trying to find a way to not have to pay? I’d really appreciate it if you could assist me with this because I am so disappointed and without words that seem to make the Customer Service Department understand that I would really like my request to be

honored which is why I requested it.

It seemed as though the verification process went almost smoothly at first and then all contact seized and I’m left contacting the wrong team of individuals daily asking for updates only to be reassured that I should patiently wait and then wait some more.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you have in this matter it is greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the delays with this.

I'm pleased to tell you that your withdrawal was paid to your wallet, yesterday: 11/11 Paid $434.00 + no Service Fee for transaction 84086452.

As you can see there is a bit of a shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount. The reason for this is that you used a bonus to help build your withdrawal--all bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such removed from the total requested amount.
