I have been encountering issues for over a month now in getting my payout. This is limiting my playing ability as I wait. After several weeks and multiple chat conversations (sent all verification and withdrawal forms several times) it was denied without any communication and chat advised they didn't receive my withdrawal information. I resent it and have email confirmation they received it. My player ID is Klk111084 payout reference #3372588. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the difficulties you've been having with this.

You'll be pleased to know that your withdrawal was sent off to our processor, Saturday: 11/4 Paid $1292 + no Service Fees for transaction #84244348. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount, this is because you used a bonus which helped build your withdrawal. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal.
