I deposited 1960.79 kr with a 15% bonus on the 06.02 and played trough the bonus and filed for a withdraw the same evening for about 3500€. Only 1500 € where approved. I asked support why the rest wasn't approved but they couldn't give me an answer and said I need to wait for an answer from the appropriate department. I played a little more and won again so now am waiting for a 8000€ payout . Its been 10 days since my first withdrawal attempt.

Thank you for your appeal.
We would like to inform you that according to our Terms and Conditions, we have weekly and monthly limits for withdrawals. The maximum withdrawal amount is 5000 EUR per week and 15000 EUR per month. The time is counting from the moment your withdrawal request was processed.
We've processed your withdrawal requests from 06.02 with a slight delay (on 09.02) and not for the requested amount as we had some processing issues. We are sorry that you had to face such inconveniences. We have fixed it and now everything works fine. On 16.02 we have sent you the next payment in the amount of 50000 NOK (4649 EUR approx). We were not able to confirm other requests on the same day due to the weekly limit. However, they will be processed shortly and you will get your withdrawals. The next payout is scheduled for February 23rd.

Title: Mr.Bet Casino – HUF 800,000 Withdrawal Delayed Since October 11, 2026

Dear Askgamblers

I am requesting your assistance with a delayed withdrawal from Mr.Bet Casino.

On October 11, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of HUF 800,000. The system split my withdrawal request into four separate transactions, but as of October 16, 2026, all four transactions are still pending.

I contacted customer support and received an email stating that my withdrawal is awaiting review and approval by the relevant department. They informed me that the process usually takes up to 48 hours, but delays may occur during periods of high demand.

My account was verified previously, and I am using the same Revolut Visa card that I have successfully used for previous withdrawals. Mr.Bet has not requested any additional documents from me regarding this withdrawal.

Despite waiting five days, I have not received a clear explanation for the delay or a specific date when my funds will be paid.

I would appreciate your help in contacting the casino and resolving this issue so that my HUF 800,000 withdrawal can be processed as soon as possible.

Delayed withdrawals from Mr Bet since October 9 2026

I am filing a complaint against Mr Bet Casino (9mrbet.club) regarding three delayed withdrawals totalling CLP 1,100,000.

I requested the following withdrawals on October 9, 2026:

- CLP 300,000
- CLP 300,000
- CLP 500,000

All three withdrawals are still pending. My account is fully verified, and I requested the withdrawals to my MACH virtual card, which I previously used successfully for withdrawals.

Customer support has told me that there are delays due to a high volume of withdrawals and that my payments are undergoing manual review. However, they have not provided a specific payment date, despite my requests for an update.

I have previously made successful withdrawals from this casino, so I am concerned about this prolonged delay.

I am requesting that Mr Bet process all three withdrawals totalling CLP 1,100,000 as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation for the delay.

I can provide screenshots of my pending withdrawals and my conversations with customer support as evidence.

I have been waiting for a payout for over 30 days now. They promised 48 hours... I have spoken to customer service several times since then, but I have only ever received meaningless, canned responses : " the process may take longer due to a high volume of requests " etc.
No clear explanation for the delay or any indication of when I will receive my money.

I have been a customer at Mr. Bet for 8 years.
Earlier this year, I made some withdrawals, and things went fine after a while.

Now I have won again and requested a withdrawal of NOK 19,100, 6 days ago. They keep giving me the same answer over and over: that there is an exceptionally high number of withdrawal requests, that many people are requesting payouts at the moment, etc. My account has been verified twice. Mr. Bet keeps stalling and delaying my withdrawal. Please help me...

My withdrawal of 1,550 PLN has been pending for 18 days now; this is not my first withdrawal, and I have already completed the full verification process. For the past few days, the chat support agents have been giving me the same response: they claim they have a very high volume of requests and that I am in a queue.

I have been waiting for my ~€175 withdrawal since September 16, 2026, despite their advertised 72-hour withdrawal timeframe.

I have contacted Mr Bet several times,receive same excuse about how busy they are they are refusing to follow their 72 hr withdraw time as advertised. It has now been about 2 weeks i have done two separate withdrawals one on September 29th and one on October 3 with a combined total $1.210 and have had no problems with prior withdrawals tell now.

I’ve chatted multiple times with them and they kept saying to just keep waiting and it will be processed Usually it only take them 5days to deposit the money but now, it is almost a month and still nothing.

Dear Sir or madam,

I made a withdrawal request on 4th October 2026 for 200€ on Mr.Bet Casino. Mr.Bet claims on it's website that withdrawals are being processed within 48 hours. Well I'm waiting since 1 week but nothing happens.

I've asked the support 2 times for the reason and they say that they have a lot of requests in their system at the moment which causes the delay.

My account is fully verified and I don't have any bonus money active and followed their rules while playing slots.

I'd be very glad if you could somehow help me to make them process my cash out request.
