3000$ payment declined, no reason, no communication
On February 13 i had redeem MYvip coupon at 1.57 am in the morning.
On February 13 i request a withdraw of 500 by ecopay for 500$ (My money was Withdrayable and still are accordind to their bonus terms. 30x wagering no max cash out
on february 14 i requested a Bankwire of 2500 witch is the limit (Even if they advertise ne max cash out for this bonus)
I try to communicate with them several time after 5 or 6 days to see what was going on. Never got an answer on phone, email, . The live chat is avalaible for deposit, but when you ask them about withdraw they put you on hold, and never come back. (This happen several time)
On February 23 i receive and email that my withdraw was decline. No reason given.
I claerly understand the process of verification and Id and everything. I am member of ever 30 casino and no one has never decline a payment. Sometime they delay it but they tell you why.
When i made the withdraw, they clerly write that if you have an ecopay account you don't need to submit document. (I am member there for quite a while so i don't really remember if i submit my document. But i normally do it if ever they ask for, withc every casino normally does.
I am not a newbie. I know evrything about playthought and max bet, when you play under bonus.
I try 10 time to communicate with them today by phone, email, chat anf there is absolutely no answer. I hate to do it, but AskGambler is my last trial, otherwise i will communicate with the casino authority who regulate them, and fullfi a complain.
