Delayed withdrawal of $8,000
I withdrew 8000 from syndicate 6 days ago and apparently they're having issues with the payment provider one minute I'm told they don't know who the payment provider is and then the next they're saying it's my bank. The vip staff all say different things about it it's almost as if they've lost 8000.
They can't give me even a rough estimate of when I will know why the issue even is, after telling me that I would hear between 3-8 hours they then called me and told me that my money is being held by the payment provider and the lady on the phone 'gemma' told me she doesn't even know who the payment provider is only the billing department does so they're VIP MANAGER who can't do anything to help or can't see anything
