I have been trying to withdraw my funds from this casino since June.

100s of withdrawals cancelled and they say it’s a payment team technician issue and since yesterday I have been blocked from accessing their site. I have been in contact via email and they cannot help. I can’t access my account and support services through email is no help.

The balance in my account is 1400 this is the amount I am trying to withdraw but now I can’t even access my account to go on live chat to get help and support from email is basically useless

We see that you have successfully logged into your account and created several withdrawal requests today, but now there is a technical difficulty on the side of the payment method. We are working on finding out the essence of the issue and on its solution.
The last withdrawal request is currently being processed. So far, we see the positive dynamics of the withdrawal process on it and we want to ask you to wait for its processing. If the difficulty repeats, we will write down which method would be better to use for withdrawal

I have regained access to my account but still no luck with my withdrawals I have got two small withdrawals of 75e and 50e out of 1400 my withdrawals still keep being cancelled and now my most recent withdrawal is frozen and I can’t cancel it so my money is basically stuck it’s been over 7 weeks with constant problems

I have had nothing but issues trying to get my money back from you I have asked multiple times for a solution even aske if you could do a once off bank transfer no my 75e withdrawal is stuck in processing the past 72h and you said the email I entered was not registered with netller but it’s the same one I used multiple times before I have asked you to cancel this withdrawal so I can request a new but you said I have to wait 14 day for the withdrawal to be automatically cancelled i am sick of waiting I just want to get my money from this casino please offer me an alternative method to withdraw also I can’t withdraw to my visa it also keeps being cancelled I also opened up a payz account just to see if I could May a withdrawal to that but same issue keeps being cancelled

We see that when you created the last withdrawal request, you made a typo in your email address, so the request is stuck. As Neteller representatives told us, there is no possibility to cancel such an application before the deadline indicated by them. We see that you successfully withdrew 425 euros out of 1400 euros on July 22-23, and on July 27 you played slots for the rest. It’s a pity that we didn’t manage to withdraw all the money 😔 We are working to ensure that such situations do not arise in the future! We wish you good luck
