Hello! I really hope for your help in resolving the situation with the Pin-Up casino. There is a very large amount of money on the account, 2380 EUR. The situation has been in limbo since July. I was asked to pass additional verification, and more than once, and I sent them ALL the necessary documents. In response, I initially received standard replies with notification of the timing of the verification and requests for some more documents for additional verification. Throughout July, I talked with their support, threw off all the docks. what they asked ... As a result, after I threw off the last required document on 29.07, they simply stopped responding to me. I constantly wrote to their support during August, but in response I got a complete ignore from the casino. This is ridiculous! The situation is not just strange, but generally unacceptable for a casino, as I think !! I just need to withdraw my money back and that's all! I don't need anything more! I am attaching screenshots from my account and dialogs with pin-up support. But all af the screenshota are in Russian.

Hi there :)

This question resolved 4 days ago, and the client has successfully completed add. verification, the withdrawal was allowed and the funds were successfully withdrawn :)
