Dear Sir/ Madame
I have problem with Pin-up casino/sportbook. At march I requested a withdrawal of 719 euro.
Pinup request additional verification:
-16th march one selfie photo, which will show: Your face; the document you used to verify your account in expanded form; screen of an electronic device with an open page of your profile on the Pin-Up website containing your account ID.
-20th april - utility bill (utility bill) for payment of utilities to the address indicated as an address on the Pin-up website.
-10th may - copy of the contract with the mobile operator for the number indicated in your profile during registration.
- 1th june - screenshot of the history of transactions of electronic wallets from which your Pin-Up account was replenished.
All request I have sent immediately. As You see Pinup requests single document , checks it a few weeks, and ask another. My account is already verified 3 months, email adress doesnt respond for my messages. Due their rules they should verify my account within 28 days.
