Used constant excuses to deny $650 payment.
After being unable to explain away their flawed reasoning they agreed close my account and to refund my initial $150US deposit to make the dispute go away.. That was 64 days later still no refund...
These casino's are a scourge on the internet, loose rules that are vague enough to give them an out in almost all situations when it comes time to cash out and a system that does not prevent you from breaking any of the 'rules' so that once you do your winnings are forfeit.
Utterly disgusting business practises

Several more efforts to make contact. Even emailing processing@prismmail.com like directed to by chat support has not got me a response..
