On Friday 26th April I registered with this casino and deposited £2,500.00. After I made the deposit I was unable to use my account and play any games as my account had not been varified. I found this extremely strange as with all other caisnos I play with they would still allow you to play but not simply make a withdrawal until the customer has complied with the KYC checks. So I thought fair enough, these procedures dont take long to complete anyways.
I uploaded a photo of my passport, provided my most recent utility bill and took a screenshot of my Neteller account as per their request. I was told that this process would be completed within 24 hours.
24 hours later.....still nothing. So I decided to chase them to see what was going on. They advised that they were experiencing a high volume of requests and they were sorry about the delay. This frustrated me as this was taking far too long and they had hold of my money.
I get any email later on and they said i had to send them a picutre of me holding my passport to prove it is me, this is a request I have been asked of before or even heard of. They also asked to see copies of my other debit cards. Debit cards which I havent even used to play with at their casino.
As this was taking far too long I told them they can stuff my membership and I want my funds back.
Today is now Tuesday 30th April, 4 days have past and still nothing has happened.
I would avoid this casino at all costs and would advise people to choose a more mainstream caisno.
I hope this will prompt them to do something and return my money. If it doesnt then I will be proven right.
